Jenny has extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with all type of sports injuries and is also an on-call Physio for the Wales Millennium Centre and the Welsh National Opera.

All treatments can be performed in our purpose built therapy room at our clinic in Llandough or in the comfort of your own home. Appointments may last up to an hour for initial assessment, subsequent treatments will last from 30-45 minutes as required.
